Matcha Ice-Cream!

I decided to play around with a few ingredients earlier today and I think I found my favorite ice-cream.

  1. Place the sweetened condensed milk in the fridge to keep cold.
  2. Beat the cold whipping cream with a hand mixer until it becomes thick.
  3. Pour the condensed milk into the whipped cream and mix slowly. (You can add the vanilla now).
  4. Then, beat the whipping cream again and whip until your mixture is really thick.
  5. You now have your ice-cream base. Add in your Matcha powder and mix until the mixture is a light green color.
  6. Put your ice cream into a large container and freeze at least 5-6 hours or overnight before serving.

That is all! This recipe really worked well for me. Everyone loved it. Let me know your thoughts. Any suggestions?
