I decided to play around with a few ingredients earlier today and I think I found my favorite ice-cream.
Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk, cold
- 2 cups whipping cream, cold (I used my home-made coconut whipping cream)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons Matcha green tea powder (I used this one)
Instructions
- Place the sweetened condensed milk in the fridge to keep cold.
- Beat the cold whipping cream with a hand mixer until it becomes thick.
- Pour the condensed milk into the whipped cream and mix slowly. (You can add the vanilla now).
- Then, beat the whipping cream again and whip until your mixture is really thick.
- You now have your ice-cream base. Add in your Matcha powder and mix until the mixture is a light green color.
- Put your ice cream into a large container and freeze at least 5-6 hours or overnight before serving.
