I don’t know about you, but I love burritos. If I could have burritos for every meal, I would.
If you are not experienced in making burritos, that’s okay. This Burrito recipe is super easy (and healthy!)
It takes only 3 steps to make a great burrito.
1. A spread
2. Filling (protein)
3. Veggies + Greens
There are tons of healthy ingredients you can choose from. This Burrito is going to be a Breakfast Burrito (My fav!)
This is what you will need:
Breakfast Burrito
A vegan tortilla
1.Salsa, vegan cheddar cheese
2.Scrambled (by hand) cooked firm tofu with added spices.
3.Black Beans, sautéed spinach, mushrooms.
Simple as that!
